SURFING LESSONS: Easy to set up and fun! Instructors can come to the beach in front of the property or teach you how to ride waves at Encuentro Surf Beach - one of the best surfing locations in the Caribbean. All levels and ages offered. (15 min. away)

WATERFALLS /ZIPLINE: We have sent thousands of guests on this adventure and everyone loves it! It's a bit of a hike up a tropical hill and anyone with serious knee or back issues should not do this one. This park now includes a zipline as well. (1.5 hours away)

THE MAGIC MUSHROOM CANYONING TOUR: An amazing canyoning/waterfall/hiking experience where professional guides lead you through one of the most beautiful landscapes on the island. All necessary equipment and a delicious Dominican-style lunch is included. Unlike the Waterfalls Tour listed above, this one is more intense involving rappelling and high jumps. (40 min. away)

HORSEBACK RIDING IN THE JUNGLE/RIVER: Take in the majestic hills and rivers of the Dominican Republic on horseback. This is one of the most popular tours we offer. (25 min. away)
