We love delicious food. We love good drinks.
Planning meals for group travel can be tricky, especially considering dietary restrictions or special food needs. Through early planning, we will make your meal experience easy and unforgettable! Our goal is to work with you before your arrival so all your desired meals are planned by the time you check-in. From an all-inclusive stay to hiring a chef for certain meals or making reservations at some of our favorite restaurants, we are here to help!
ALL INCLUSIVE FOOD AND DRINKS PACKAGE: This includes a breakfast buffet, and All Day al-a- carte Menu guests can choose from between 11am-4pm and then Dinner. A 24-hour Open Bar. We plan the meals out with you to make sure you get all of your favorites. This is the perfect package for a group that wants to enjoy the property and not have to worry about ANYTHING. This is a per day option, meaning you don't have to take the package every day during your stay with us.
CHEF SERVICES: This option allows you to hire a chef to cook individual meals for your group. Prices for these services vary according to group size.

DOMINICAN NIGHT: Pollo Guisado (Stewed Chicken), Shrimp in Mojo Sauce, Platanos (Fried Sweet Plantains), Rice and Beans, Green Salad

BBQ NIGHT: Beef Filet Skewers, Fish Skewers, Veggie Skewers, Sausages, Potato Salad, Corn Salad, Green Salad, and Hummus Platter.

MEXICAN NIGHT: Buffet set up with Chicken, Beef and Fish spiced with herbs, Garlic, and Chipotle peppers. Grilled veggies, Rice and Beans, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, corn, tortillas and an assortment of sauces

ASIAN NIGHT: General Tso's Chicken, Spicy Tuna or Sweet Chili Salmon, Lime Rice, Veggie Lo Mein, Sesame Cabbage Salad, egg rolls

PAELLA NIGHT: A Spanish version of seafood fried rice. It's served with beef empanadas on the side, green salad

INDIAN NIGHT: Butter chicken or Chicken Tikka Masala, Veggie Curry, Shrimp Curry Empanadas, Garlic Naan Bread

SANCOCHO NIGHT: A traditional Dominican stew filled to the brim with different meats and veggies. Served with Rice and a Green Salad.
